Over 34 years experience on a broad range of matters including product liability, automobile negligence, premises liability, construction accidents, false arrest and imprisonment, primary/excess carrier disputes, legal malpractice, accountant malpractice, uninsured and under insured motorist disputes, insurance coverage disputes, medical malpractice including birth trauma, subrogations including fire, drug and device product liability, contribution, indemnity matters, highway defect litigation, construction performance and payment bond/surety matters, toxic tort and mold litigation and declaratory judgment actions.

Trial experience includes over 100 matters tried to conclusion by jury Trials in Wayne County, Macomb County, Washtenaw County, Oakland County, St. Clair County, Genesee County, and in both State Court and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, including complex and multi-party litigation as well as basic civil jury Trials.
