Dan Saylor wins again in the Michigan Supreme Court for GMAC in the case of JARRAD v INTEGON NATIONAL INS. CO.

In reversing both the trial court and Michigan Court of Appeals, the Michigan Supreme Court held that long term disability benefits are available to offset no fault wage loss benefits under a coordinated policy, even though the disability coverage was established through a negotiated labor contract.

This case will be more fully discussed in this week's LAWFAX, as well as at the firm's breakfast seminars in Grand Rapids on May 19 and in Troy on June 7.
