Judith Moskus and James Borin have been invited to speak at the ICLE No Fault Seminar on October 6th in Troy, Michigan.

Ms. Moskus will lecture on the defense of third party tort actions involving serious impairment issues.

Mr. Borin will speak on the avoidance of attorney malpractice in the era of appellate unpredictability.
